2 Raw Mangoes
1/2 Cup Jaggery
1/2 + 1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Roasted Jeera
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Sendha Namak
FOR GREEN CHUTNEY
1 Bunch Coriander
15 - 20 MINT Leaves
3 - 4 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
1 tsp Sendha Namak
1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1 Lemon Juice
Water and ice Cubes as needed
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE
4 tsp Desi Ghee
2 Cups Makhana (60 -70 Gms)
1 tsp Sendha Namak
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
400gms Curd
1 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
Roasted Peanuts & Dry Fruits
Boiled Potatoes
Fruits Of Your Choice
