This is how I eat 225 plus grams of protein per day
I typically start my day with a cup of coffee that has a tablespoon and a half of grass-fed beef gelatin and a couple of ounces of milk which probably comes out to being about 13-14 grams of protein total.
I also eat 1 oz of grass-fed beef liver which is about 6 grams of protein
For lunch, I have three grass-fed beef patties which are about 26g of protein each, and about 4 oz of some raw, pecarino romano cheese. This comes out to a total of about 105 grams of protein
For dinner, I typically have three quarters of a pound to a pound of meat and a pound of grass-fed tri-tip is about 120g of protein So we're looking at about 100 grams of protein
Add it all up and we’re looking at between 230 and 240 grams of protein
