Ingredients
Tometo 700 grams
Oil 3 tsp
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Onion 1 medium sized
Salt as per taste
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Method
1. Roughly chop the tometo,.
2. In pan add oil, then add garlic, ginger, onion and saute it well.
3. Add chopped tometo and saute it well.
4. Then add salt and sugar, cook it until tometo get soft and all the water absorbed.
5. Then cool down the mixture completely and grind it into fine paste.
6. Strain the mixture and turn on the stove, add salt and red chilli powder and cook it for 5 min.
7. Cool down the mixture to room temperature and add vinegar and mix it well.
8. Store it into glass jar, and keep it in refrigerator.
