In this video I explore the differences between the new 10bit color mode in the GoPro Hero 11 Black and the 8bit mode and normal (8bit) recording on the GoPro Hero 10 Black. I also test the Hero 11 10bit color against the Sony A7siii just to see any differences.

I've found that the GoPro Hero 11 black, when recording in 10bit, is really good. Far superior to 8bit. Also, I love the flat color with medium sharpness and auto white balance.
