This video is showing the transfer of my first colony of bees from the nuc in to the hive, where they will hopefully stay forever. They have spent a day and a half in the nuc at this spot in my garden and they will eventually get used to the new position which is right beside the nuc. It'll take them a few hours to get their orientation corrected and then it's all grand.
Note: Since making the video, I've realised I made a good few mistakes. I should have had two extra frames in my hive to accommodate proper bee space. When placing the crown board on, I should have slid it on rather than place it on.
