Crispy Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts
1 small bag Brussels sprouts (pre-shaved if you can find them in your produce section, or whole)
1 tbsp or so olive oil
1 tbsp @mikeshothoney
1/2 tsp sea salt, or as needed
1/2 tsp pepper, or as needed
chopped walnuts (optional, for crunch)
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Wash brussels sprouts if not pre-washed; pat dry.
3. Cut off stem portion of each, then using sharp knife or mandolin, carefully slice each into thin rings.
4. Add shaved brussels sprouts to a large container with lid, then add your salt and pepper, olive oil, and hot honey.
5. Shake well to combine.
6. Spread in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet, then bake for 15 minutes, flip, and repeat until desired crispness.
7. I also added some walnuts to the tray for the last 10 minutes to toast, totally optional.
I served these with my peach cider chicken thighs that also have hot honey in the glaze! Posting these later today or find them now on my insta/tiktok @fuelwithrae
