With the capture of two North Korean soldiers in Kursk, Ukraine says it has irrefutable proof of Russia using North Korean soldiers in the war. Russia has so far neither confirmed nor denied their presence.
Western allies and Ukraine have claimed that over 10,000 North Korean soldiers have been deployed in Russia's Kursk region. One of the captured soldiers said he had no idea he was in a combat zone. He was told he would be part of a training exercise.
Now Ukraine's President Zelenskyy has said he is willing to exchange the soldiers in return for Ukrainian PoW in Russian custody but by revealing their identity he may have done them more harm than good. Watch this video to know more.
