Today I am sharing a restaurant style Curd Rice recipe with you. Simple south indian style Restaurant style Curd Rice will be a super hit recipe every time you make.
Ingredients:
•1/2 cup Rice( 1 hour soaked)
•300 ml Water
•125 ml Milk
•300 ml Curd
•1/4 cup Fresh Cream(do not skip)
•1 tsp Ginger gratings
•1 tsp Chilli gratings
•Salt
For Tadka:
•2 tbsp Oil
•2 tbsp Cashews
•Red Dry Chilies
•1/2 tsp Mustard
•1/2 tsp Cumin
•1 pinch Hing
•1 Sprig Curry Leaves
•Coriander choppings
For Garnishing:
•2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
