Today's recipe is Corn cutlet
Ingredients
Corn 1/2 cup
Boiled potato 2 nos
Chopped onion
Grated carrot 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
Green chilli 1 nos
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin coriender powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garam masalo 1/2 tsp
Chaat masalo 1/2 tsp
Coriender leaves
Corn flour 2 tsp
Corn flour slurry
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Method
1. Add corn in jar, grind it to coarse paste.
2.Add paste in bowl, add boiled potato, chopped onion and capsicum, add grated carrot, green chilli, all the dry spices, salt, coriender leaves.
3. Add corn flour and mix it well.
4. Take small portion and shape it in heart mold.
5. Dip the cutlet into corn flour slurry then coat it with bread crumbs.
6. Fry them in hot oil crispy and golden brown in color.
7. Serve the corn cutlet with ketchup.
