재료

돼지 목살 400g
감자 3개
양파 1개
대파 1대
청양고추 2개
멸치다시마 육수 600ml
액젓 1/2큰술

양념장:
진간장 2큰술
고추장 3큰술
고춧가루 2큰술
다진마늘 2큰술
다진생강 1/3작은술
매실액 1큰술
후추

고기밑간:
소금 1꼬집
맛술 1큰술
후추 약간


Ingredients -

400g of pork
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 green onion
2 hot peppers
Anchovy kelp stock 600ml
1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce

Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 spoons of chili powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/3 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon of plum juice
Pepper

Seasoning the meat:
a pinch of salt
a tablespoon of cooking wine
A bit of pepper
