Ingredients:
6pcs Chicken Thigh (pwedeng i debone mo or bumili ka ng thigh fillet)
Mantika
pepper and seasoning granules to taste
Chicken and Gizzard worth 50 pesos lang
Red Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 medium sized Carrot
Chicken Balls
Napa Cabbage or Baguio Pechay
2 packs Lomi Noodles
1/3 cup Fish Sauce
chicken cube
salt to taste
3 liters water
1/3 - 1/2 cup cassava or Cornstarch
1/8 cup soysauce

Toppings
Chopped red onion
Roasted Garlic
Chili garlic sauce
