How To Get 4000 Hours Watch Time Fast - Small YouTuber.
I created a “4000 Hours Challenge” on January 21st to help encourage met to raise my game to make the goal of 4000 hours watch time on my channel, before February 20th – the deadline that I faced.
I did it! In less than 30 days I got over 1200 watch time hours to bring me well over the 4000 total.
If your channel has under 1000 subscribers or 4000 hours of watch time (over 12-month period) your ability to monetize (i.e. Adsense revenue) has been greatly impacted by new policy rules that took effect on January 16th, 2018.
In this video, I show you how I increased my watch time hours and got great audience retention in the process.
Going LIVE on YouTube many times, doing Collabs with other aligned YouTubers and even doing a LIVE tutorial as a guest on another YouTube Channel, all contributed to my watch time hours growth.
