When we talk about the making process, it starts from structure making. Usually everyone used to make the structure with the help of cloth sack and pure clay, the next process will be making wax mould to the clay structure, after finishing the wax mould next is mudd covering process. 3 layers of mudd is covered and dried completely. next is removing the wax process
removing the wax from the mould is an important procedure in brass utensils making process. Then the next step is to melt the brass for 3/4 hours after checking the clarity of the melted brass and apply in to the holo mould , Then pouring the melted brass, Need to wait for 24 hrs to set the product strong and perfect . After 24hrs, casted mould covering is to be broke and further cleaning the soil and mudd to be done. at that time the utensils will be a semi finished product next is grinding / finishing process after finishing process the must be an important process left that is buffing process after the buffing the item should be clean and shiny
