Hey guys, I'm back with another #WalkingWorkout! This workout has a focus on #CardioAbs to help target, tone and strengthen your abdominals! We have a variety of #StandingAbs exercises mixed with walking to work up a sweat! I absolutely loved this routine, and will definitely come back to it on days I might not feel as motivated to do a workout, or just looking to wake my body up and get some daily movement in! Enjoy!
