Description:
Based on the Chinese novel Heaven Official’s Blessing, "The Crown Prince Who Pleased the Gods" is one of the Four Famous Tales from the novel, recounting a story of Flower Crown Martial God Xie Lian, who was the Crown Prince of Xianle before he ascended to the Heavenly Court. Crown Prince Xie Lian holds a flower and wields a sword, which represents possessing the power of destruction while still holding the heart to cherish a flower.

“太子悦神”是作者墨香铜臭的原创小说《天官赐福》中四名景之一。花冠武神谢怜飞升之前身为仙乐国太子殿下。上元佳节，神武大街，身着华服，手持宝剑。一手仗剑，一手执花，一花一剑，一愿人间幸。

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of our organization at UC Berkeley, Fei Tian Dancers hosted a grand showcase of cultural heritage on March 11, 2023. With preparation beginning a year in advance in May 2022, AAPI student groups presented a culmination of the past year’s efforts onstage at the “Heritage 传承” showcase. Focusing on Chinese dance & featuring various other traditional Asian art forms, “Heritage 传承” is an artistic representation of the journey of our ancestors as visualized by the diaspora.
