Morning Routine:
Make Your Bed
Get Ready(to shoes if you prefer)
Read your Post-It Note Reminders
Flylady Emails/App
Recognize the Negative Voices and Change Them
Hot Spots for 2 Minutes
5-Minute Room Rescue (Any Room in Your House)
15 Minutes to Declutter, you can't organize clutter!
Look at your control Journal
Read Flylady's email/blog/testimonials..etc. as a reward for doing your morning routine

A load of Laundry from start to finish, pick what time works best for you. Just make sure you do all of the 5 steps to doing laundry: sort, wash, dry, fold and put away.

Before-Bed Routine/ Night-time Routine
Clean and Shiny Sink
Pick our Clothes for Tomorrow
Another 2-Minute Hot Spot Clean
Look at Your Control Journal Check-List
Time for bed, make sure you're getting plenty of rest. 🌛
