I only had drip coffee
but recently, espresso machines which allows you to make coffee easily have increased
so espresso began appearing in everyday lifes.
Today, I borrowed and used Flair Espresso 58x.
The size is quite big.
When the size is big, there are advantages and disadvantages.
For people who don't use electricity 'at home' and want to simply 'enjoy a delicious espresso', I think it will be perfect.
As for the extract,
58x is easier to press (it's quite important for me)
but for the pressure, PRO2's Porta filter is smaller
so I felt that it was easier to hang.
I think they each have their advantages.
For reference, Flair Espresso 58 is the type that uses electricity
so it is not sold in Japan yet. (in the point of September 26th, 2021)
And I finally visited the cafe that chief of editor of STANDART opened this April (2021).
I think I took a nice rest at a cafe in a long time.
