I'm currently in the process of planting fall crops. I've already set up four raised garden beds and still have many more to go. I need to clean up and plant the remaining beds.
In a video, you can see me installing raccoon protection. I'm using poultry mesh to wrap around the raised garden bed and a slide latch lock to secure it. This will allow me to easily access my veggies for harvesting.
In one of the raised beds, I have planted lettuce, kale, celery, and carrots around the edge, and one square for saffron.
I am also keeping my tomato plants and a few peppers as I plan to overwinter those pepper plants.
My irrigation system from @GardenInMinutes includes a coupling valve to control the water flow. This allows me to adjust the flow for the drip system or turn it off when water is not needed, especially in the winter.
