Today's recipe is suji corn dhokla
Ingredients
Suji 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Corn 1 cup
Water 2-3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
Corn 1 tbsp
Eno 1 tsp
Lemon juice
Red chilli powder
For tadka
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Seasame seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Method
1.In bowl add suji and curd, mix well, add water and again mix it well.
2.Rest the batter for 20 min.
3.In mixture jar add corn and water, make a fine paste.
4.After 20 min, in the batter add corn paste, salt, green chilli paste and corn, mix it well. Add water to adjust the consistency.
5.In batter add Eno, lemon juice and water , mix it well.
6.Add batter into oil greased plate, sprinkle red chilli powder, steam the dhokla for 10 min.
7.Cool down to room temperature, spread oil and cut the dhokla into pieces.
8.In kadai add oil, add mustard seeds, seasame seeds, curry leaves, add dhokla and mix it well.
9.Add coriender leaves
10.Serve the dhokla with lahsun chutney.
