Epcot is a theme park known for its wide array of internationally inspired restaurants and eateries. Some of these restaurants attempt to provide patrons with a unique experience that captures their imagination. In Epcot's World Discovery Section, Space 220 transports guests 220 miles above Earth to dine among the stars. Antithetically, the Coral Reef Restaurant, located in Epcot's World Nature Section, transports guests to an aquatic setting for their dinner that's complete with views of an aquarium wall that's home to over 4,000 Sea Creatures.
While Coral Reef has been praised for the unique experience it provides guests, its cuisine has been considered some of the worst at Epcot. Recently, this restaurant revamped its menu, reimagining some fan favorites and providing some newer eats to freshen up the flavors. The menu focuses primarily on Seafood but does offer options that can please the whole family.
This is one of the few restaurants at Epcot that's eluded us. In preparation for our Top 5 BEST Restaurants at Epcot series, we decided to try out the Coral Reef Restaurant for the first time. In this video, we go over the entire menu, including their signature items, and newer offerings. We also breakdown the entire experience this restaurant provides. Our table was positioned right next to the aquarium wall giving us an up-close look at multiple sharks, stingrays, sea turtles and numerous other fish. Join us, for a festively aquatic themed meal to see whether this Walt Disney World restaurant deserves the hate or if it's underrated.
