At Align Therapy we use the Schroth Method frequently to help our scoliosis patients limit progression, reduce pain, and improve posture. This is usually done in the clinic where we train them how to do them in a comprehensive home exercise program.
In this research review, we look at a study where home based Schroth was compared to Supervised Schroth in the clinic.
This study showed there was not much difference between the at home and in clinic treatment. It gives us some great ideas on how we can improve our in home treatment without sacrificing great outcomes.
