In this video, we react to the history of Halloween and discover the UK origins behind our modern celebrations. We were honestly shocked to learn people actually carved turnips instead of pumpkins! So many Halloween traditions began with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain – we had no idea how much of it started across the pond. We went in not knowing what to expect, and came away with a whole new perspective on Halloween’s history!
Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed this history of Halloween reaction, please give it a thumbs up, share your thoughts in the comments, and don’t forget to subscribe as we continue exploring all things British and Irish!
