We are currently #hiring for the position of #GeneSys Test Engineer.
Exp : 3-7 Years,
Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Skills Required :
·Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting.
·For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test Asset Maintenance (manual and automated).
Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira.
·Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest)
·Experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing.
·Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
