In this episode of Minutes With, we hear from the remarkable Sosa Henkoma who survived being groomed by a South East London drugs gang as a child. To escape abuse at home, Sosa ran away and was first introduced to county lines drug dealing as an 11-year-old. He found himself at the centre of a war between two rival gangs, that led to him being shot, stabbed and ironed on the chest as a young teenager. After years of brutal gang violence, Sosa finally received support as a survivor of child trafficking and grooming. He now uses his voice to help young people and educate law enforcement on preventing grooming and child exploitation.
