Ingredients
Moong dal 1 tbsp
Chana dal 1 tbsp
Masoor dal 1 tbsp
Black urad dal 1 tbsp
Tuver dal 1 tbsp
Hot water 1/2 cup
Water 2 glass
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida pinch
Red chilli 1 nos
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Green chilli 1 nos
Chopped onion medium sized
Chopped tometo medium sized
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masalo 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Chilli oil ( oil 1 tbsp + 1/4 tsp red chilli powder)


Method
1. In bowl add moong dal, masoor dal, Chana dal, black urad dal, tuver dal, add water wash it 2-3 time.
2. Add hot water of 1/2 cup and soak it for 1/2 hr
3. In pressure cooker, add soaked dal, chopped tometo, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, water, salt, oil mix it well.
4. Close the lid and pressure cook it upto 4 whistle.
5. In kadai add oil, then add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida, garlic, ginger and onion saute it well.
6. Then add cooked dal, cook it for 2 min.
7. Add garam masalo, kasuri methi and mix it well
8. Then add chilli oil tadka and coriander leaves
9. Panchmel dal is ready to serve!!!!! Garnish it with chilli oil and coriander leaves.
