Masala macroni

Ingredients
Macroni 2/3 cup
Butter 1 small cube
Oil 2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Onion Small sized chopped
Boiled corn 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
Water
Salt as per taste
Oil 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Tometo ketchup 2 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Tometo puree 3 medium sized tometo
Cheese 1 cube
Water 1/2 cup
Coriender leaves


Method
1. In broad vessel add water, salt, oil and macroni boiled it, don't over cook the macroni.
2. Take out in the sieve containing vessel and add cold water over macroni, add oil and mix it well.
3. In pan add oil and butter, then add garlic, onion, saute it slightly pink in color.
4. Add tometo puree, red chilli powder, oregano, black pepper, tometo ketchup, red chilli sauce mix it well.
5. Then add water, boiled corn, capsicum, boiled macroni mix it well.
6. Then grate cheese, close the lid and cook it on low flame for 1 min, then mix it well.
7. Serve it hot, add cheese over it and chopped coriender leaves.
