Today's video is Corn cheese tikki
Ingredients
Boiled and crushed corn 3 tbsp
Capsicum
Grated carrot
Green chilli 2 nos
Coriender leaves
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam masalo 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder 1/4 tsp
Chaat masalo 1/4 tsp
Besan 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Boiled potato 2 nos
Cheese 1 cube
Wheat flour slurry
Bread crumbs and corn flakes
Oil for frying
Method
1.In boiled add boiled and crushed corn, capsicum, grated carrot, green chilli, coriender leaves.
2.Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masalo, amchur powder, chaat masalo, besan, corn flour, boiled potato and mix it well.
3.Mix it well, flatten the mixture, stuff cheese and pack it from all sides, and make tikki.
4.Dip tikki in wheat flour slurry, then coat tikki with bread and corn flakes mixture.
5.Fry the tikki in hot oil, until it becomes crispy and light brown in color.
6.Serve tikki with tometo ketchup.
