In a New York City recording studio, superstar Cora Corman (Haley Bennett) sings in a music video of her hit song, "Buddha's Delight," a song based upon the Vedic scripures of ancient India. The song's lyrics include the following two Sanskrit words:
Om: "(in Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and other spiritual traditions) signifies the essence of the ultimate reality, consciousness or Atman"
Shanti: "(in Hinduism) peace, rest, calmness, tranquility, or bliss"
(Sanskrit, the world's most logical and sophisticated language, is the language of the ancient Vedic scriptures.)
Sophie Fisher (Drew Barrymore), Alex Fletcher (Hugh Grant), and Chris Riley (Brad Garrett) are also in the clip.
