In this video, we'll review highlights from the latest court filings in NFL Hall-of-Fame QB Brett Favre's defamation lawsuit against Mississippi State Auditor Shad White.
First, we'll look at Shad White's Motion to Dismiss or for Summary Judgment and some of the key exhibits attached thereto.
After that, we'll review Brett Favre's fiery rebuttal to White's Motion.
We'll also look at Favre's sworn Affidavit in which he gives his version of events.
Finally, I'll share my final thoughts on what is likely to happen next in the case and how the court may rule on the Motions.
