Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel today we're going to talk about the new discovery done by the NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope.
James Webb Space Telescope Breaks Record by Capturing the Images of the most distant star ever seen in the Early Universe After Few Bilion Years of the Big Bang and took breathtaking photos of it.
The star, was named Earendel, after a figure from "Lord of the Rings" prequel The Silmarillion, is located in the Sunrise Arc galaxy, and can only be detected by utilising the combined might of human technology, and nature through a phenomena known as gravitational lensing. Hubble and Webb were able to recognise Earendel, because of its fortunate alignment behind the massive galaxy cluster WHL0137–08, which formed a bend in space-time.
