RECIPE:
Add 1/2-3/4 cup cacao nibs & 9-12 marshmallows to a 32 oz jar. (Higher range will be more flavorful.) Cover with vodka (about 2 1/2 cups) and let infuse for 24-48 hours before straining. The marshmallows will mostly disintegrate.
Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add in 2 graham cracker sheets. Let sit to infuse for 20-30 mins, then strain. Once cooled, add the simple syrup to the vodka.
