Pistol Squat Challenge

Well Quarantine Fitness Challenge #1 --
The one thing we can do coming out of this disaster of a virus is to be physically and mentally stronger and I think Fitness challenges are one way to do that.

Disclaimer: I'm not a Fitness expert but these are Fitness challenges and nit routines, so it is recommended to do some warmup before attempting this.
___________________________________________________________Areas of Muscle development:
1.Thighs
2.Glutes
3. Core
_____________________________________________________ Instructions:
1.Stretch on Leg almost 90°
2. Sit/Squat with one leg all the while keeping the other leg stretched and hands not touching the Ground at any given time.
3.Try 5 Reps in Each leg
