๐ There are mainly 6 types of eye movements.
๐ง Each eye movement uses a specific part of your brain, which means you can use a specific eye movement to regulate and rewire a specific brain area!
๐ต๏ธ You can also it to detect which brain area is not working and might be causing your unexplained symptoms.
๐We can test these areas by just looking at your eye!
๐งฉ Frontal lobe: gives people ADHD-like symptoms, decreases focus, emotional challenges, and depression.
๐ถ Parietal lobe: makes people bump into things.
โก Midbrain: decreases your energy source, at the base of your brain.
๐ Pon: helps you rest and heal (Vagus nerve is here).
๐คน Cerebellum: helps balance and coordinate your thoughts.
