๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘€ Eye exercise is more than just your eye!

๐Ÿ” There are mainly 6 types of eye movements.
๐Ÿง  Each eye movement uses a specific part of your brain, which means you can use a specific eye movement to regulate and rewire a specific brain area!
๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ You can also it to detect which brain area is not working and might be causing your unexplained symptoms.

๐Ÿ”We can test these areas by just looking at your eye!

๐Ÿงฉ Frontal lobe: gives people ADHD-like symptoms, decreases focus, emotional challenges, and depression.
๐Ÿšถ Parietal lobe: makes people bump into things.
โšก Midbrain: decreases your energy source, at the base of your brain.
๐Ÿ›Œ Pon: helps you rest and heal (Vagus nerve is here).
๐Ÿคน Cerebellum: helps balance and coordinate your thoughts.
๐ŸŒช๏ธ Vestibular: can give people dizziness and a sense of moving when they are not!
