so there's a lot of um coaches and counselors around that talk about you know the belief of not being enough and I'm one of them I I think that most people have that belief so how do you know that you have the not enough belief so let's say that you're you're you're talking about money you look at your language and what you're saying about money I don't have enough I don't I'm broke that I'm cheap whatever those types of words are so look at your behaviors and then if you're feeling like you're always running out of food or you're always running out of something that's that's you're always feeling like there's not enough that's not enough belief that you don't think you are enough and you are enough so to cure the not enough belief is to start to to believe that you really truly are plenty you were born plenty that it wasn't taken away from you you
