This video will show you some of the best and easiest route to farm Spectro echo / Celestial Light sonata. Some monsters are immune to Spectro or Havoc element. There are also those who are immune to Fusion and Glacio along the way, but these are optional targets, so feel free to skip them.

Best place to farm Spectro Echo in:
0:00 Port City of Guixu (northeast and east of Inferno Rider)
6:40 Gorges of Spirits (near turtle weekly boss and Crownless)
10:04 Dim Forest (east of monkey boss)
14:08 Whining Aix's Mire (southeast of Jinzhou)
20:25 Central Plains (north of Jinzhou)
22:11 Desorock Highland part 1 (north of Scar weekly boss)
26:55 Desorock Highland part 2 (northwest of Thundering Mephis boss)
You might notice that some areas have more of identical enemies grouped together. But I decided to not to fight all of them and go to different monsters instead. The reason is to have more variety of echo drops while still targeting the desired ones, because the same echo does not count towards sonata buffs. This way, you will have chance to get more varied echoes, while still do it as quick as possible.
Please note that you cannot use an unleveled echo to level up another echo. I'd advise not to spend way too much time grinding echoes since there are no way to guarantee the correct drop. And you still need to hit Tacet Fields either way to farm EXP materials and Tuners, which is more RNG.
