ウズラの雛が立てない、歩けない【ペローシス】

I hatched quail eggs, but one chick was born that cannot stand or walk. It cannot eat or drink water on its own. After consulting with an expert, I learned that it is a condition called perosis. I asked for treatment methods (taping techniques) and am desperately trying to treat it.
