Transgender PET eligibility as Female notice
Recruitment of staff in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix on Indian Railways - Criteria for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) regarding.
In continuation to the extant instructions on the above mentioned subject, it has been decided that Transgender candidates may be judged with relaxed Physical Efficiency Test (PET) standards which shall be equivalent to the PET standards for Female candidates.
2. The gender given in the online application may be used for the purpose of giving relaxation in PET. Their transgender status will be verified later at the time of medical examination and in case found wrong, their total candidature may be cancelled.
3. The above relaxations shall be applicable in all future level-1 recruitment including the CEN RRC-01/2019 level-1 recruitment also.

Ref:- Chairperson/RRC/ER/Kolkata's letter No.RRC/ER/PET/CEN RRC 01/2019 (Year-2022) dated 10.11.2022
In terms of above quoted letter, it has been decided by the competent authority to hold Physical Efficiency Test (PET) followed by document verification for the written examination qualified candidates against CEN RRC 01/2019 in Level-1/-. Accordingly, this Divn. is going to conduct PET at Divisional Stadium (Loco Ground), Asansol from 03.01.2023 to 07.01.2023 with two reserve dates i.c. 10th and 11th January 2023 (total 07 days) for 1250 candidates per day.
It is, therefore, advised to attend along with all Sports Persons in the chamber of DPO/ASN on 21.11.2022 at 3.00 p.m positively for discussion in regard to smooth functioning the upcoming
