The Westside Section of Disney Springs is home to 3 different food trucks. 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa focuses on Mexican Cuisine like Taco Cones and Birria Tacos. Cilantro Urban Eatery highlights the flavors of Latin America. While, Go Juice, offers up acai bowls, bites and smoothies.
In our opinion these Food Trucks are hiding some of Walt Disney World's best quick bites. We've often wondered which we think is the best and this video seeks to find out exactly that. We tried out two signature items from each food truck and at the end go over what we think the can't miss items are and if it's worth skipping on the table service restaurants for these quick service eats.
We've also been on a quest to find Walt Disney World's elusive Pumpkin Dole Whip and we were finally able to try it at Disney's Swirls on the Water booth in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs.
