Ingredients
Pasta 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 4 nos
Red chilli 2 nos
Tometo 3 nos
pizza seasoning 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Tometo sauce 2 tsp
Malai 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Onion chopped garlic
Cheese cube 1
Water
Salt as per taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Method
1. In pan add water once it get boiled, then add salt and oil, mix it well, then add pasta and cook it.
2. Drain off extra water, add some cold water , then add oil and mix it well.
3. In pan add oil, then add tometo, garlic and pepper. add some water and cook it until tometo get soften.
4. Remove the skin of tometo and grind it to fine.
5. In pan add olive oil, add chopped garlic and onion saute it, add prepared paste, add pizza seasoning, tometo ketchup, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt , mix it well
6. Add cooked pasta and malai, mix it well.
7. Grate some cheese and close the lid for minute, after that cheese melts, mix it well.
8. Serve it hot, grate some cheese over that and enjoy!!!!!
