If you traveled by air during Christmas and/or New Years in 2021, it's likely you encountered some form of disruption or disturbance - long security lines, overbooked flights, unruly passengers, delays, cancellations, and more. I traveled to Southern California with my family and our trip was no exception. We were originally booked on Spirit's 9am nonstop from Cleveland (CLE) to Los Angeles (LAX), but our flight was cancelled last minute after half the plane had boarded due to a "power outage" at LAX (which I was not able to confirm via any media outlets). We ultimately rebooked on a United flight a couple days later and fortunately didn't encounter any more issues.
