Season the neck bones with lawry season salt, adobo seasoning, mrs. dash garlic and herbs, accent, and black pepper, cook the neck bones until tender, but not falling off the bone. make sure most of the water has boiled out just leaving the amount you want for gravy. Add one medium onion or much as you want, and flour and water thickening which consist of 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and just enough water to make flour thickening. Cook until thick and taste to your liking.
