Crispy Chicken Tenders - 2 Minutes its done! | Katsu Style

This is literally one of the easier chicken tenders that you will really every make. Its so simply and all you need is a few ingredients and I will list those below.

1 lb Chicken Breast
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Onion Powder - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs Mixed
2 Cups AP Flower
4 Cups Vegetable Oil or whatever favorite oil you like to fry things in.
Add the seasonings to the Eggs in a mixing bowl, and the same with the flour and panko bread crumbs. Each has its own bowl.

Start by taking your chicken and slicing it as thin as you can or for 1 lb of breast slice it into three slices.

Then lay out plastic wrap and then place down chicken, then on top of chicken add another layer of plastic wrap and using a meat tenderizer pound the chicken out until its 1/2" thick.

Take the thin pounded out chicken and dredge in flour, (coat very well) then into egg, (coat very well) then into panko bread crumbs pressing down on chicken to ensure every part of the egg wash in covered in bread crumbs.

Turn on heat to the oil and get it to 350° and fry chicken on each side for 45 seconds to 1 minute and then flip and immediately after 2 minutes remove chicken and season with sea salt.
