Hybridization of CO2 (Carbon in CO2, Oxygen in CO2)

The CARBON atom has TWO pi bonds connected to it .. therefore it is "sp" hybridized.
The OXYGEN atoms have ONE pi bond each ... so they are "sp2" hybridized.
