Easy pho recipe using leftover Costco rotisserie chicken! Not authentic but perfect for using up your chicken. I saw this from myhealthydish & christy.cooks and had to try 😍! Recipe below 👇🏻
-Using one Costco chicken, I usually already shred off the meat when I get it so I can meal prep but I actually recommend leaving some of the breast meat on it for making the pho. You can shred it later!
-Ingredients I throw in to the broth: onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick, rock sugar, pho ga seasoning, fish sauce. I dont have the full spices for making pho but usually the pho ga seasoning has a spice pouch you can just throw in instead of using things from scratch. Be sure to taste and season with your heart 🤝
-Bring it to a boil, then take out the spices and bone. Enjoy 😗
