Andrew and Tristan Tate have challenged the pre-trial detention extension for the third time today at the Bucharest Court of Appeal. In this video, we can see the Tates arriving at the court without showing any emotions or interacting with anyone.
However, things changed when they came out of the court. Andrew was seen smiling for the first time since his arrest, which is a good sign. Tomorrow, the Tate brothers will be attending a court hearing on the judges' decision whether to release them or hold them until April.
The latest judge used a reason that was previously thrown out, and the magistrates are reviewing the legality of the case. This has raised hopes that the Tates might be released soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this ongoing legal battle.
