Today's recipe is Simple and tasty Dal chawal recipe


Ingredients
Tuverdal 1/4 cup
Masoor dal 1 tbsp
Moong dal 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Dry red chilli
Water 1.5 glass
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion
Chopped tometo
Green chilli 2 nos
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin coriender powder 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Garam masalo 1/2 tsp
Coriender leaves
Salt as per taste


Method
1. In bowl add tuver dal, masoor dal, moong dal, add water and wash them 2-3 times.
2.Add warm water in bowl and soak dal for 20 mins.
3. Take bowl, add warm water and add dry red chilli, and soak it for 20 min.
4. In pressure cooker add water and soaked dal, add salt and turmeric, mix well, pressure cook it upto 4 whistle.
5. In blending jar add soaked chilli and garlic cloves and blend it to make a fine paste.
6. In kadai add oil, add cumin , chopped onion and green chilli, and saute it well.
7. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriender powder, Saute it well.
8. Add tometo and saute it well, then add chilli garlic paste, and saute it well, then add kasuri methi and garam masalo and mix it well if required then add water, then add cooked dal, salt mix all together, boil the dal for 5 min.
9. Lastly add coriender leaves.
10.Serve the dal with rice, lemon slice, masala onion and raita marcha.
