How to Smoke Beef Ribs | Delicious Tender and Juicy Beef Ribs Recipe

Craving juicy, tender beef ribs? In this video cooking with manual focus will show you how to smoke beef ribs to perfection. Beef Ribs usually go by a few alias: Short Ribs, Dino Ribs, Plate Ribs. Whatever you choose to call them Beef ribs or Short ribs are the best beef ribs in my opinion and here are the reasons why and also here is how to tell the difference:

1. Beef Ribs (Short Ribs) to beef taken from the brisket, chuck, plate, or rib areas of cattle.
These beef ribs are usually cut into rectangular or square-shaped slabs. Back Ribs (Long Ribs) are cut from the loin area and are smaller.
2. Beef Ribs have more fat content and more marbling which makes them so juicy and tender.
3. Beef Ribs have more meat content

Achieving the best Beef Ribs are all in the preparation which comes down to the technique of smoking them to perfection. First I will demonstrate how to trim your beef ribs and give you pro tips on how to come up with the perfect fat content to provide the juiciest ribs you ever had. Once the ribs are trimmed to perfection the next thing is to make sure that your beef ribs are seasoned right. Seasoning is one step but allowing the seasoning to sit and penetrate the meat is key. Next is the preparation of your grill or smoker. Choosing the right flavor wood will give these ribs the right amount of smoke flavor to compliment the BBQ rub and beef ribs itself to give it the ultimate beefy, juicy flavor explosion. In this smoke session I'm using Hickory Wood and Lump charcoal to provide the perfect smoky flavor.
