Ingredients:
500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (cooked)    • Classic Buttered Brussel Sprouts  Eas...  
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp wholegrain mustard (optional, for texture)
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan and parsley (optional)


Heat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roast the sprouts for 15 minutes (pre-cooked as above)
