Bengali Rasamalai Recipe:_
Ingredients:
500 ml milk
1/2 cup sugar
Some cardamom powder
Few saffron
Few yellow colour
Chopped nuts
1 1/2 lit milk
3 Lemon juice Water
1.5 cup sugar
6 cup water
RECIPE:
For rabri boil milk and add all ingredients. Once it gets thickened switch off the flame and keep aside.
Recipe:
Take the milk in a bowl and bring to a boil. Once the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat and stir constantly.
Take a little vinegar, add a little water in it, put a mixture of vinegar and water in boiling milk and make it curdle.
Then strain it and wash well, take a cotton cloth and put paneer in it and tie it tightly for 2 hours. Take the paneer on a plate and mash well. Then add a little flour and knead for 10 minutes. Make some small balls out of it.
Put sugar and water in a bowl and mix well. When it starts to boil add the dumplings (rasakullas) and cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Switch off and cool completely. Then remove from sugar syrup and put it in a tray. Add rabri and keep aside for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
