No one wants to hear that a restaurant team doesn't know the menu. Either the food sucks or the boss does— no one wants to pay for that.
3. It's the Right Thing
I can't believe that we still have to show an ROI for being kind, but here we are. Treat people with respect and kindness and it will come back to you. Period.
Your team is the backbone of your business, so if you're not taking care of them then you don't care about being successful.
